GINFAB
Global Innovation Networking Fablabs Portugal

GINFAB is a project developed by Associação FabLabs Portugal, co-funded by the Collective Actions Incentive Scheme of the Operational Programme for Competitiveness and Internationalization (Compete 2020).
The project’s main purpose is to promote and stimulate Portuguese FabLabs’ knowledge and technology network in international markets.
ACTION PLAN
  • Definition of a strategy for Portuguese technological knowledge network positioning in international markets
  • Definition of a global marketing plan
  • Creation of a Portuguese supply catalogue
  • Development of an international FabLab platform for the sharing of key information and tools on the internationalization process
  • Development of international benchmarking initiatives (France, England and Brazil)

 

OUTPUTS
  • Associating Portugal with a strong presence and technological competence in high visibility showrooms worldwide
  • Boost FabLabs and technological companies’ internationalization, by providing a key demonstrative effect to reinforce their credibility with the global market
  • Increase Portuguese FabLabs competitiveness in the global network
